Victoria. Nawenja

I am a Nurse by profession currently a Business Manager at C- Care Uganda, my background is in Nursing
where I have expertise at giving nursing care, health awareness and sensitization programs, as a manager,
I do supervise a team of health and non-health professionals to ensure quality work force and service
delivery.

I was a nurse in charge, later became a clinic Administrator, finally a manager, I managed to lead a newly
established clinic to top in performance at profitability in the years 2014. Because of the excellent
performance, I was selected to lead another team in an already existing clinic that was facing challenges in
leadership and performance despite the years in business.
I managed to turn the team around and the performance into the top position in the network for all the
years of my leadership. From that background, I am now a manager of the branch. December 2022,
working with AAR Health Care Uganda, managed to lead a team of staffs at a new branch that had been
established in Arua and left it well set and ongoing. 2023 September, I was added another branch that had
started declining, all these successes, marketed me to C-Care Uganda, where am presently.

For the years in the field of Nursing and Health, my interests lie in prevention of cancers and HIV in
collaboration with other expertise.
In summary, I have skills and knowledge of leadership, communication, team playing to mention a few.
I have not done any published research, only the one for the award of the Degree in Nursing Science on
Factors that influencing adequate medicine information provision to patients in Kawempe Division. I would
so wish to work with expertise to curb Cancers and HIV Infections.
